At Skilltitute, we respect your right to control your data. Below are the instructions and details regarding account deletion as required by Google Play's User Data policy. 1. How to Delete Your Account You can request account deletion through the following methods: Option A: In-App Deletion 1. Open the Skilltitute app on your device. 2. Navigate to the "Profile" or "Settings" section. 3. Select "Account Settings" or "Delete Account". 4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion. Option B: Email Request If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us: - Email: contact@skilltitute.in - Subject: Delete my account - Please include your registered email address and name. 2. What Data Will Be Deleted Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently removed from our active databases: - Personal Profile: Name, email address, and profile picture. - Learning Progress: Course completions, scores, and certificates. - Activity Data: Interaction history and app usage logs. 3. Data Retention Please note that we may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as: - Financial/Transaction Records: To comply with tax and auditing requirements. - Security & Fraud Prevention: To protect against unauthorized access or abuse. 4. Processing Time Account deletion requests are typically processed within 5 working days. Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.
