1. Subject and Scope 1.1 Skilltitute ("us," "we," or "our") provides applications for Android and iOS ("Apps"), websites ("Websites"), and related services such as online communities via Telegram, Discord, or recorded video courses/sessions ("Services"). These Services allow you to access educational content and training on topics such as computer science, programming, and software development. 1.2 Your use of the Services is subject to these Terms and Conditions ("ToS"). 2. Subscription, Lifetime Plans, and Payment 2.1 Skilltitute offers subscription plans and lifetime plans ("Plans"). Subscriptions are available at different tiers and are automatically renewable unless terminated 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. 2.2 Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (App Store/Google Play) or directly through credit card information via our secure checkout. 2.3 Lifetime Plans provide continuous access to the Services. Skilltitute reserves the right to modify or discontinue features within the Lifetime Plans at any time. 3. Rights and Restrictions 3.1 The content available through the Services, including learning materials and project documents, is protected and belongs to Skilltitute or our licensors. A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted for personal use only. 3.2 You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from the Services. 4. Refund Policy 4.1 Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase for subscriptions. No refunds are available for Lifetime Plans. 4.2 Refunds are only available for purchases made via the Website. In-app purchases follow the refund policy of the respective App Store (Google Play or App Store). 5. Termination 5.1 You may terminate your Subscription via your account settings. Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Skilltitute reserves the right to terminate services for violation of ToS. 6. Limitation of Liability Skilltitute excludes any liability for damages except those caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. 7. Changes to the Terms of Service and Plans 7.1 Skilltitute may update these Terms of Service, including pricing or plan structures, at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes. 8. Data Deletion and User Privacy 8.1 Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data. Please contact contact@skilltitute.in to exercise your data deletion rights. 9. Cookie Policy 9.1 Skilltitute may use cookies for analytics and personalized experiences. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. 10. Governing Law 10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai. By using "Skilltitute", "ThumbGrabber", and "Stock Scanner" developed by Skilltitute, you agree to our Terms of Service. These applications are intended for educational and utility purposes only. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or use of the content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to update features and content at any time.
